Small Group Training is very similar to 1-2-1 training. The only difference is that your workouts will be in a small group (6 people max). Other than that, the programmes are exactly the same, you still get your own programme, and you still get all the same tools and same access to coaches.

    Step 1 – Come in for your FREE one to one Fitness Consultation.  This will be the beginning of your journey. During this consultation we will ask you a serious of questions about your health, fitness goals, your current lifestyle, nutrition habits as well as much more. With this information we can establish the best path forward for you, giving you the most effective and most efficient program to help you hit your goal.

    Step 2 –Assessment. This is comprised of a number of areas. Firstly, we Weight you on our state of the art weighing scales to give us a break down of your body composition. This includes overall weight, body fat percentage, your lean muscle tissue mass and much more.  Secondly, we take your measurements. This is an important step because with many of our clients, results don’t always show straight away on the scales, whereas, they will usually show in inches. Finally, a functional assessment is carried out which will help us pick up and muscle imbalances or incorrect movement patterns which, if not addressed, could lead to injury. With all this information gathered we can determine what the most effective exercise and nutrition plan are for you to optimize your RESULTS!

    Our aim is to educate our clients on the importance of PROPER body composition change, whether that is in the from of weight-loss or muscle gain, or both.  What do I mean by this?  Well, in modern day society a lot of the focus is on the scales weight, which is the least important figure.  At 360 Fitness we focus a lot of energy on educating our clients on more important criteria such as reducing body fat while maintaining or building muscle tissue.
