Your progress is monitored on a weekly basis through consultations and phone callsto prevent any stagnation and to make sure you are achieving your goals.We spend a lot of time working with our clients on both the nutrition as well as the exercise components to achieve truly remarkable results.

    Step 1 – Come in for your FREE one to one Fitness Consultation.  This will be the beginning of your journey. During this consultation we will ask you a serious of questions about your health, fitness goals, your current lifestyle, nutrition habits as well as much more. With this information we can establish the best path forward for you, giving you the most effective and most efficient program to help you hit your goal.

    Step 2 –Assessment. This is comprised of a number of areas. Firstly, we Weight you on our state of the art weighing scales to give us a break down of your body composition. This includes overall weight, body fat percentage, your lean muscle tissue mass and much more.  Secondly, we take your measurements. This is an important step because with many of our clients, results don’t always show straight away on the scales, whereas, they will usually show in inches. Finally, a functional assessment is carried out which will help us pick up and muscle imbalances or incorrect movement patterns which, if not addressed, could lead to injury. With all this information gathered we can determine what the most effective exercise and nutrition plan are for you to optimize your RESULTS!
